Tire Test – Road Simulation

Challenge

A tire OEM needed a solution for a road simulator that would apply different forces on the tire in different directions. They didn’t want to use hydraulics (HPU) and wanted the feedback and ease of control. An EMA could not be used due to metal-to-metal wear.
