Long Stroke Linear Actuators
Kyntronics long stroke linear actuators are designed as a robust solution for applications requiring longer stroke lengths, generally greater than 36”, with the equivalent speed and force found in shorter stroke actuators.
Our long stroke linear actuators are available with up to 120 in. (3,048 mm) stroke length as standard in any increment. These linear actuators incorporate specific design features including larger diameter rods, thicker cylinder tube walls, internal tube stops, greater rod bearing length, and larger cylinder tie rods that make them more robust to reliably apply rated force over longer stroke distances.
Kyntronics long stroke linear actuators include all the standard features of our SMART Electro-Hydraulic actuation systems (SHA). They are totally sealed, electrically powered, and use an attached motor and integral pump. They operate on a closed circuit using a small volume of fluid that is not exposed to the environment, preventing contamination and does not require replenishment or replacement.
