All-Electric Solution for your Servo Hydraulic Application

Kyntronics SHA SPU

Kyntronics SMART Electro-Hydraulic Actuators (SHA) and Servo Power Units (SPU) are an All-Electric, All-In-One Solution.

Machine builders are looking for lower-cost, simpler solutions for applications where traditional servo hydraulic systems have been used. Kyntronics’ SHAs and SPUs offer a feature-rich cost-effective solution for these applications.

That is what we call The Kyntronics Advantage. Our SHA and SPU solutions advantages include:

  • Up to 150,000 Lbs. (667kN) of force per actuator. Synchronize two or more actuators for higher forces.
  • Power-on-Demand saves significant energy compared with traditional hydraulic systems.
  • Minimal maintenance – No metal-to-metal wear, the totally-sealed system eliminates leaks and contamination.
  • Precise control of position, force, and speed.
  • SPUs connect with existing customer-supplied cylinders.

SMART Electro-Hydraulic Linear Actuator (SHA)

Fusing the power of hydraulics with the precision of servo control with up to 150,000 LB (667kN) of Force

Servo Power Units

Electro-Hydraulic Power Unit for use with Customer Cylinders

The Kyntronics SMART Electro-Hydraulic Linear Actuator (SHA), an all-electric actuation system that combines the best features of hydraulic power with the precision of servo control used in screw-type electro-mechanical actuators, without the inherent disadvantages of those approaches. The result is an electric servo actuation solution with superior functionality high speed and high force at a lower price point.

Kyntronics Servo Power Unit (SPU) was developed as a solution for those instances where the All-In-One SMART Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (SHA) is not able to fit in the available space. The SPU provides many of the same benefits available in the SHA including: precise position, speed and force control, energy efficiency, minimal fluid and compact size.
