The H- Series High Speed / High Force Linear Actuator has a Simple Operation Sequence: The high-speed cylinder pulls the high-force cylinder until the position where the high force portion of the cycle begins and then switches to the high-force cylinder for completion of the cycle. The system then switches back to the high-speed cylinder to retract to the starting position.

Simple Operation Sequence:

  1. The high-speed cylinder extends pulling the high-force cylinder until the position where the high force portion of the cycle begins.
  2. The high force cylinder completes the load stroke part of the cycle.
  3. The high-speed cylinder retracts to the home position.

The H-Series uses two cylinders mechanically connected to achieve the operation needs for a high speed, high force application. One cylinder is the high-speed cylinder (pulls the larger high force cylinder in high-speed mode) and the other cylinder is the high force cylinder. This is ideal for presses with longer strokes and higher speed / force needs.

Definitions:

Model Series:Defines the motor, two cylinders & pump
HF segment (Max force): Max force in the High-Force segment
HS segment (Max extend force): Max Extend force in the High-Speed segment
HS segment (Max retract force): Max Retract force in the High-Speed segment
HF segment (Max Speed): Max Speed in the High-Force segment
HS segment (Max extend speed): Max Extend speed in the High-Speed segment
