Challenge

A customer needed a long stroke actuator for a precision testing machine and did not want to use hydraulics. They also wanted one-stop-shopping with everything integrated and setup by the supplier.

Kyntronics Solution

• Incorporated customer-supplied Elmo drives and Modicon PLC within our control panel
• Connected the Elmo drives & other diagnostics to automatically generate an ATR (Acceptance Test Report)
• Provided an enclosure mounted HMI and VBA test software for customer PC
