An appliance manufacturer was installing a new press line and wanted to eliminate hydraulics to improve process control and repeatability. They required servo press actuators including a high-tonnage station to perform the function of a servo hydraulic press. They had previous issues with leaks and wanted to improve energy efficiency while reducing the space needed for the hydraulic power unit.
