Material Bundling Machine
Challenge
A steel building truss manufacturer wanted to eliminate all hydraulics on their material bundling system due to leaks and excessive maintenance. They wanted lifting actuators and positioning actuators that could handle the high shock loads inherent in this machine which ruled out screw-type actuators. This machine also required long-stroke lifting actuators for the lift stations of up to 102” of stroke. They wanted an all-in-one solution to upgrade their current machine.
