Precision, Power and Efficiency - Servo Actuation System Package for Press Applications
Kyntronics’ Servo Press Actuation System is a comprehensive turnkey solution tailored for OEM press builders and press retrofit upgrades. With its unparalleled flexibility, it adapts to the customers’ press frame and interconnects with their press control system. This total solution eliminates the risk of finger-pointing amongst vendors and the need for additional components, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective integration process.
Our complete package provides position and force control modes, making it ideal for a variety of pressing applications including - assembly, metal forming, laminating, powdered material, molding, extrusion, and many other types of press applications. The electro-hydraulic actuator system includes the actuator, motor, controls, press application software and full factory support. It is available in rated forces from 100 lbs. to 150,000 lbs., has stroke lengths up to 120” and can precisely control position with impressive +/-0.001” accuracy.
