ONE MILLION Pounds of Bending Force Achieved!
Kyntronics collaborated with a Florida special machine builder to provide high-force actuators for a frame-bending press application. Up to one million pounds of bending force was achieved using two synchronized Kyntronics’ actuators incorporated into an innovative mechanical machine design that leveraged mechanical advantage. Actuator synchronization was achieved utilizing Rockwell Automation servo motors and drives in conjunction with our Kyntronics / Rockwell Automation Add-On- Instruction (AOI).
