4-Axis Platform Lift System with Synchronized Motion Control
Our SMART Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (SHA) performing a 4-Axis synchronized lift. By using four SMART Electro-Hydraulic Actuators rated at 6,000 LBf (27kN) each, the system generated a total of 24,000 LBf (108 kN) lifting capacity.
This configuration provides a 24.5” (622 mm) stroke length with a synchronization accuracy among the four actuators of 0.010”. The actuation system also included:
- Fieldbus peer-to-peer communications between each actuator,
- Programmable speed,
- Programmable position
- Programmable Acceleration / deceleration control
- Force control
- Out-of-tolerance and axis-coordination fault monitoring
