Servo Power Unit (SPU) System: Moving a 6 Inch Cylinder
Discover a special configuration of the new Kyntronics Servo Power Unit (SPU) product line. See how this SPU system can move a 6” cylinder that is capable of 90,000/lbs of Force at 7 inches / second. The system includes 2 SPU banks with 5 Servo Power Units on each bank that are operated by a control panel that features 10 servo drives. This configuration allows for discreet control of speed, acceleration and target positioning. It also synchronizes the speed of the 5 SPUs in each bank.
